Supply List:

- size 10 or 11 Seed Beads- at least 3 colors you like

- 1/4" - 1/2" Bugle Beads in matching colors (to the seed beads)

- 00 Nymo Bead Thread or size 0 Nymo- in white or black

- size 12 or 13 Bead Needles (pack of 6 is good to get)

- small scissors

- bees wax

- assorted other sizes beads for dangles at ends of earrings                                (crystals, round beads, pearls,etc)

 

You should be able to purchase most of your supplies at Michael’s Arts and Crafts or Joanne’s Art and Crafts.  Also, there is a Bead Faire in Costa Mesa on August 26-28 this year (go to GemFaire.com). That's a lot of fun and can be a sensory over-load.

 

Supplies available for use (no cost):

                 - tray w/felt for work station

                 - bees wax

                 - extra scissors

                 - thread

Supplies for purchase:

                 - seed beads

                 - bugle beads

                 - crystals, round beads, various other beads

 

Don't be intimidated if you've never done any beading.  I make sure everyone understands.  Handouts will be given so you can keep making beautiful earrings on your own!  If you need additional instruction, arrangements can be made.

 

Cost:  $25.00 per student for the evening.  

Supply cost will range from $5.00- $25.00, depending on what you need.
